5 Ideas to Keep You Going
Well, I was going to start by stating that life can be challenging sometimes, which I stated, but that is exactly what other people state to start 10 ideas when life is a challenge. Life is a lot of fun, but it is definitely no joke, and part of living is experiencing the top but also experiencing those down times as well. You will find a list of 5 ideas in order for you to keep pushing and going to attain those goals.
1. Stay positive
There was a study done which stated that pessimists have a lot more difficult time than optimists. Optimists are generally happier and perform better than all of the pessimists. The world can be a daunting place, but the fact that we are all existing is fascinating. Try to find the good things in your life at the moment, and then set those positive/good things in motion. Positivity can go a long way. Try making your attitude into one that will create positive change.

2. Take a Moment

I just took a moment out of my day/week/month/year to write these 10 ideas to keep going. Try taking a moment out of your day or week in order to enjoy something that you find enjoyable. Most people are surrounded by the hustle and bustle of work, school, or families, etc. By taking that moment to enjoy something fun or new, you are experiencing as well. It can be a Target store run or a moment to write in a blog. Additionally, you can take several moments if needed. Take time out of your day/week to do the things that you want to do.
3. Make a Schedule

Most people are daunted with school, work, and/or families. The best way to utilize your time is to make a schedule around what is most important, or to make a schedule for what needs to be accomplished. Let us say that you are in online university. Since there are no classes to go to, try scheduling studying/reading as blocks as if you had to go to that class during the week. Then devote your time around the syllabus for studying and doing homework, quizzes, and tests. Make sure that you put into your schedule all of your doctor appointments as well as all of the work that you need to accomplish and complete so that you know where to be as well as what to get finished first. By setting up a schedule, you can make a pace for yourself that will let you know what you need to accomplish and by what time.
4. Stay Focused
Work – Work – Work. A lot of the time, so many different items are on the schedule that it seems frightening and surely the time is going to run out. How do I even begin, you may ask? Complete one task at a time and then move on to the next one. Devote those 36 hours of studying to 6 credit hours of university classes! You know, you have to remember your mistakes and then move toward creating the best space to get through to the next step or achievement or task. Balance that time and move forward with the progress. Be sure to think ahead and remember that you have to complete each task by certain dates or DEADLINES. Take it one step at a time – one task at a time. Although you took that moment out of your week to write in a blog, make sure to bring about that time wisely so that you keep finishing your tasks. Realize that out of 168 hours in a week, you have to complete 36 hours of studying all while balancing sleep, diet, and errands. Finish that stuff! You got this!
5. Reflect on the Actions Gained, and Actions Needed
Take time to celebrate if you have any success in your life. If you got that A in Business Calculus, then reflect on how talented you are, but to also have fun with it. Ask yourself while reading this: where will I be after these courses at university? Where will I be in one year? Where will I be after 5 years? And so on. The key is to think about what you are representing and then go for it by getting it done. If the big picture is to get a university degree, then utilize the steps to get there: going to class; studying [A LOT!]; doing the required assignments; participating; etc. You are in control of completing the assignments and participating. You can do it!
